The name Gwiz was Established in the 1960’s in Detroit Michigan by Bob Gwiz. Bob moved and made a name in SW Florida in 1980. One of his sons Paul took over the business in 2009. I took over the business in October of 2021. Born in NW England in 1964; at a young age I started working in my fathers upholstery factory. I then moved to America in 1982. We have now been in business in SW Florida for over 40 years now and pride ourselves in the quality and craftsmanship that we have provided over the years. We offer a wide range of services to both commercial and residential including upholstery, wood repair and refinishing and new foam. We also have the ability to manufacture chairs, sofas, headboards, ottomans, beds and etc.
