Extremely poor service
“My in-laws purchased a boat and took it to Artisan for a cover and bimini top. After more than a month of promises the boat has not been worked on and it is halfway through summer. Extremely bad business practices and communication. Under no circumstances would I recommend anyone use this company.” -

“My cousin and I took his car in to have the front seat repaired some weeks ago. We got it back with bad stitching in the seams. The guy there was ok but refused to fix it. So, we took it to another place and they did a good job and made it right.\n\n”
